Consonants Blended with Long Vowels and Endings
Lesson Plan
Objective(s):             
The student will be able to correctly produce the target long vowel sound(s) and consonants.      
The student will be able to blend the sound of a syllable or; wordwhen given a consonant b-z, with a long vowel a, e, i, o, u, in a cv pattern.
The student will be able to identify and articulate syllables or words using  consonants blended with (long) vowels and consonant + e in cvce patterns.

Skills:                                   
The student must know how to recite the alphabets (a-z), and knowalphabet sounds.

Procedure:
Activity:                    The teacher will lead the students in Rhythm and Rhymes.
The teacher will demonstrate the voiced phonic sounds.
The teacher will demonstrate the unvoiced phonic sounds.
The teacher will demonstrate the voiced vowel sounds.
Student:                     Rhyme with rhythm consonant and vowel sounds.
The student(s) will brainstorm for words with cvce, word patterns.
